We’re beyond excited to introduce you to our current project with the working title:
Project: Enu
Project: Enu is a fast-paced 2D co-op metroidvania with loot-based character progression and an exciting twist we will reveal today. As we continue to develop this game, we’ll be sharing regular updates, gameplay insights, and behind-the-scenes content to give you an inside look at our progress. This is just the beginning, and we’re thrilled to have you join us on this adventure!
Please keep in mind we’re still in the (very, very) early stages of development, so while we can’t reveal too many gameplay details just yet, we’d like to share a glimpse of what the game will look like at it’s core. Also please keep in mind, that the game will definetely evolve over time and aspects of the game may and will be changed, removed or added.
A New Kind of Platforming Experience
Project: Enu is a fast-paced, action-packed 2D metroidvania that will have you moving, jumping, dashing, and rotating through intricate, dynamic levels. But don’t expect your typical metroidvania. With a loot-driven character progression system, every action you take and every enemy you defeat will shape the way your character evolves. Unlock powerful upgrades, gain new abilities, and customize your playstyle to create your ideal hero.
The Twist
Project: Enu introduces a standout feature – a unique rotation mechanic that lets players rotate the screen freely in 90° increments. This innovative twist elevates gameplay by opening up creative ways to dodge attacks, access hard-to-reach enemies, and navigate complex levels. By adding a fresh layer of strategy and dynamism to traditional platforming, this mechanic lets you experience this genre in a few new ways. Stay tuned for an upcoming blog post with more details on how this mechanic transforms the gaming experience! Beyond its innovative mechanics, the game immerses players in a dark, mysterious world filled with atmospheric environments and enigmatic characters that deepen the narrative. We are currently still working out details for the lore but you can expect an upcoming blog about this topic in the near future as well.

Co-Op
Since we don’t value our free time and thought the project isn’t yet ambitious enough, we decided to make the whole thing co-op, because games like that are best enjoyed with a friend. More details about co-op may take a while so don’t expect any updates on it in the near future.
